![]() How Corporate Headshots Boost Professional Branding In and Outside of Indianapolis I recently had the privilege of meeting and working with Leslie, the owner of Inala Movement Studio. Leslie had just relocated her studio to Carmel, Indiana, and was in the process of building a new branded website. She knew exactly what she wanted: imagery that would not only complement her studio’s look but also reflect the unique style and energy of her work. She wanted photos that would give people a real sense of what it’s like to step into her space and move with her. Having photographed a variety of fitness and wellness centers, everything from boutique studios to a pilates book, I thought I’d seen just about every approach out there. But this was something entirely new. Leslie introduced me to the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Honestly, the equipment itself is a work of art; it’s the kind of thing you might expect to see in a modern gallery. Imagine if Herman Miller designed fitness equipment, sleek, sculptural, and totally unexpected. But don’t be fooled by its beauty. This machine is a powerhouse, and you really have to see it, or better yet, experience it in motion, to appreciate what it can do. Leslie and I agreed right away: no staged photos. Instead, we’d capture her in her element, teaching and assisting clients during real mini sessions. It wasn’t until I saw the flow of movement, on the equipment, the mats, the chairs, that I truly understood the fluidity and natural rhythm of what she does. Leslie’s approach is lighthearted but disciplined, guiding you through each movement with a mix of encouragement and expertise. Whether you’re looking for recovery, strength, or increased mobility, she’ll help you find the confidence and results you’re after. If you’re searching for something that challenges the usual ideas of physical therapy, fitness, or wellness, Leslie at Inala Movement Studio is the person you need to meet. She’s changing the game, one session at a time. Bonus: Tucked away in the back, Leslie has a private studio where she teaches ballroom dancing for anyone wanting to work on their footwork. Fun fact: it was actually through her years as a dancer that she first discovered the Gyrotonic method. It all comes full circle. http://www.inalastudio.com/ #Fitness #Gyrotonic #Strengthening #Mobility
